"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

This question corresponds to what I had asked a couple of weeks ago about the same girl that cuts my hair. (She was telling me about her bad.. bad.. baddddddddddddd... fight with her current boyfriend).

After reading the responses I got, I had to agree with everyone else that she was just being friendly and conversationsal. (I got alot pms too from ladies saying the same).

Anyways, I stop in Saturday to pick up some hair cream and she was working. She gives me a flirtatious hello when she seems me. I tell her that I already know that they are out of the normal brand that I use and asked if she remember the alternate brand she recommended a few months ago.

She takes time away from her appointments to look it up and then gives it to me. Silently tells me not to worry about paying for it. Even told me to bring it back in a couple of weeks and she would exchange it for my regular brand. (Holds her hand on my arm while she tells me that). Now this stuff isnt cheap. It runs about $20.

I just tell her I will see her in two weeks then & leave. Now I am back to wondering if she is interested. I am kind of thinking about given her my business card (with my cell #) the next time I get my hair cut.

Am I over reading into this still?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Just so you know dude, Hair dressers are paid to be friendly that is how they get clients, I have a great friendship with my hairdresser...free product...free haircuts....hell I get invited to their work christmas party but we are just friends, most good hairdressers are good because they are over friendly....also they get hit on almost every day....my advice dont do it. just leave it and find some other chick / chicks

yeah, I was just kind of curious. I have went to hair dressers for years, but never the same person. She just happens to do an awsome job with my hair when no one else can. I finally after years of failed attempts , got my hair looking the way I like it. So it through me when she gave me that. I guess I m reaching....LOL.
