"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

• Be more of a Man
1. Live by my passions and desire, grab what I want and do not apologize for it
2. Deal with problems, don’t run away
3. Speak my mind
• Don’t take ****
1. If something bothers me, fix it
2. Speak my mind
• Put myself on a pedestal
1. Do not care what others think of me
2. Put my fun in top priority

Basically the three dots are the three aspects I want to work on, and the numbers under are some things that are part of the big categories. Only thing is, I don't have any idea how to work these other then by keeping the mentality I need. Any exercises I can do to make it more and more natural for me?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

And realize that you don't have to be an @sshole to be assertive.

But don't forget to take a moment or two to review the situation so as not to make hasty decisions.

Have an opinion but understand that not everyone has to agree with it.

• Don’t take ****
But there isn't a need to go looking for it.

But don't knock others to the ground in order to get up there.

It always good to take what they say into consideration however you have no obligation to agree with them or change yourself for their benefit.

But don't jeopardize your livelihood.

Understand who you are aside from who people perceive you to be.

Practice, Practice, Practice...

A year ago, I would have considered myself an AFC. Since then, when I discovered DJ, I told myself "enough is enough" and I began going out there and practicing my skills with the ladies.

I am the king-pimp-of-all-pimps-mack-daddy? hell no. But I realized I don't need to be, all I did was work on my confidence, and that doesn't happen overnight.

One thing I started doing was looking at hot girls differently. I guess its the whole putting them on a pedestal thing. I began to just see them as equal to me. You have to realize they are smokin' hot because they want to attract someone. You must exploit this and assert yourself, this way you will show them you are confident and not some average d-bag loser who hits on them all the time. By changing your mentality, I feel you gain the advantage over most guys tryin to score some pvssy.
