"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

what do you think? im doing some research on them on www.e-cigarette-forum.com

Thinking about getting the m401 because it seems like the best. According to the reviews...you have to change the atomizers and cartridges kinda often depending on how much you smoke or should i say "vaporize". A lot of people on that forum are saying that they love it....and of course its safer than smoking...

Anyone doing it or ever tried it?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

If you want to quit, then quit. I read 'Alan Eason's easy way to quit smoking,' and I havent had so much as a DRAG since January. E-cigs will just cost you a lot of money. I admit, I used nicorrette when I wuit, but I learned that any form of cutting down, or weaning off, just makes you more addicted, because you crave the next fix even more. If you do it cold turkey, there is no more nicotine to think you are 'looking forward too.'

Read this book, and listen to an anti-smoking hypno CD every night,. and you will quit easier. These E cigs, will keep you addicted to the oral fixation. It makes sence to THINK that replacing, and cutting back will make it easier to quit, but that isnt how it works. It's cold turkey, or lung cancer, your choice.

I'm recently trying to cut down on smoking. Basicly, I have this thing that will punch a hole in my cigarette butts. The holes make it so, I'm getting less smoke, chemicles and nicotine. After about a week I'll punch more holes and the cigarettes keep getting weaker and weaker. Then, I'm gonna try and cut down and how many I smoke a day...

This Electronic Cig is something new to me. So, I dont know sh!t about that.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

pLaything, I know how you can quit!....

ready?...........

....Only smoke after having sex!!!!

Desdinova, yes you are correct. I read that wrong.

BTW, IAFYB, that will not work. Its a nice thought, theoretically, but cutting down, actually makes you more addicted. You'll just torture yourself for a longer period of time, and chances are, you'll end up smoking again soon. Cold turkey is the way to go. Last year, I quit for several months, but I made the mistake of thinking it was OK to have ONE drag of somoenes smoke when I was at the bar. Little did I know, that I was keeping my addiction alive, by doing that. Think of it as a little monster inside you, that lives on nicotine. If you feed it less, it just throws more temper tantrums, but stays alive in your system. If you go cold turkey, it throws the same temper tantrums, but gradually gets weaker, and then dies. It takes about three weeks to kill the addiction. Cutting down, or weaning off, does not kill the monster, it just pisses it off!

It actually has been working for me. Though at first I did smoke more cause I wanted more nicotine. But, after getting use to less and less nicotine through out the few weeks. I havent been craving a cig as much. I'm also not smoking as many. My co-workers also came up and said they noticed I'm not smoking as much. So, its not just me thats notices it works for me.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
