So basically here's my story. About a year ago now I started to get serious about working out and joined a gym which I am still a member of. In that year I have probly only taken about 2 weeks off from training and go 3-4 times a week.
Last week I began to get soreness in my arm so I had to cut my workout short and when i went back in on tues. this week i popped a couple of advil before going since I've had some soreness before a couple times over the past few months and it's always gone away. Well after working out this time it felt like someone was stabbing me in BOTH elbows and a buddy of mine, who's in med school, said it's tendonitis (tennis elbow) at least in my right arm with a slight case in m left as well.
I was wondering how long I can expect to be out for this sort of thing? I would assume it'll be 2-4 weeks at least since athletes that get it are usually put on the 15 day DL. Also any exercises that I could do while sitting this out? This is a blow since it's coming up on the summer beach season and finally now people have been saying how much I've bulked up and I was planning on really getting in shape over the next 2 months.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I developed pains from doing bar curls for my biceps, I'd get a shooting pain run down the outside of my forearm, it was so bad I couldn't even do as little as press a light switch.

Now I do hammer curls and keep the bars for my chest only.

Hm yeah, I've felt the same pain whilst curling. It feels like a sharp pain in my forearm, i.e. a sort of tightening feeling in my forearm. Know what I mean?

Don't do curls. If you want big bi's, do weighted pull ups, rows, and deadlifts.

I've gotten tendenitis from bjj in my shoulder, what healed it was doing shoulder press and not overtraining in bjj.

Take some Ibuprofin and work through it. It will go away eventually.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
