I need a new bike. I ride my moms 86 Nishiki Colorado to school and it weighs about 40 pounds.
I love biking and how stress reducing it can be, not to mention all the praise I get for being “green” haha. I was looking at a trek soho s when i heard about IRO cycle and building a bike.
So now I’m thinking about building a entry level fixed gear bike. Building because its not much more expensive and gives you something to be proud of. My budget is preferably under $700. Im wondering whats the best frame for money, wheels, saddle, anything else that I might want to put some thought into.
