“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

stick with ON, although the difference is marginal and it's more important to have a complete diet and a complete training regime. bulk shakes are bulk shakes.

edit - as in: eggs! beef! tuna! nuts! vegies! the protein in bulking powders is usually second rate from all kinds of weird sources as pointed out below. whereas i believe ON is 80% straight whey concentrate/isolate

eh...its pretty expensive and I think everyone would agree that real food is better for gaining then shakes. Its not whey and from the looks of it, it lacks artifical sweeteners (which probably isn't good) and you need four HEAPING scoops. Uck...way too much powder.

Do Carbo Gain. Or some other dextrose product thats cheap.

it doesn't say what's actually in it, and i can't find anyone who does. ignore it. use the expensive stuff for straight up protein, not 'weight gainers' full of unidentifiable proteins, carbs & fats.

edit: finally found the ingredients. do you really need to put any of this crap into your body? Half of it doesn't even make sense, and it contradicts claims made elsewhere (like 'no artificial sweeteners')...

Thanks for the info, I won't let science fool me ever again. Fact.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
