Anyone ever got caught "being parked"??

Over the years I had a few close calls with police as I was getting physical with a chick in the car. I was always able to zip up fast before the police officer could approach my car.

My question is this: If a cop ever catches you in the act of having sex, can or will he arrest and charge you?? and if he does then what is the charge??

If anyone has any stories of being caught in the act in public by police, please share.

As long as you aren't parked in an open place, or like say, in a place where lots of little kids could walk by and see, I don't think there's a problem. Just don't be all up in the windshield. Go in the backseat.

I think the real reason that the cops are approaching your car is because, its weird to see a car in the middle of nowhere, that's running, and rocking back and forth. They're more concerned about rape and murder than two teens having a little fun.

I accidentally busted a guy jerking off in a car in a deserted car park a few weeks ago. Was speeding down the road at night and a cop followed us, so we pulled into the cricket ground car park and pretended to be pulling over to make a call. Our lights were trained on this car parked in the semi-woodsy corner of the lot and the cops went to check on the guy. I feel bad now, but it was pretty funny at the time.

No, I've never been caught "in the act" but I betcha $5 that there's a provincal law on the books about public indecency. If it's a secluded place, it's unlikely but...I would rather be indecent inside a room with walls.

I've gotten caught fooling around with a girl in my college campus parking lot, but it didn't get to the point of sex when the cop surprised us. All of our clothes were on (minus her bra, but her shirt was on), so he didn't have any grounds for arrest/ticketing, but the dork desided to lecture us about protected sex lmao

I've had sex in public several times but never gotten caught. That was the closest call.

a friend of mine in high school got caught parking. the police called both their parents to come down in order for him to release them. the officer told her father that he saw her blue panties and was indecent. her father said "thats weird cause she left the house in green panties" and took his daughter home.

If that was the case, I could have sex in the middle of rush hour traffic, but it's not. If you're on public property, you can be charged with PUBLIC indecency. I've heard multiple reports of people being arrested for indecent exposure from their cars, most of them believed to be pedophiles. It can happen, most of the time the cop will just tell you to get out of there and take it home.

Yeah I'm not sure how the law goes in the U.S. but in Australia, being inside your car parked on the street or some other public area is considered being 'in public'.

So yes, you can be charged .
