Into your life when your already in a relationship?

About a year ago I went out with my greatest conquest of all time two weeks into my now gf of one year. I didn't end up banging her because I was exclusive (but still early in the relationship so I took her to a casual dinner)
I regret not giving her a chance now because my relationship Went to ****.

I lost her number becusse I didnt want my now gf seeing it, but found her on my Snapchat last night and just found her social media , so what would you fellas reccomend here? Should I add her on social media and let her see my current hot gf for status and hit her up when **** hits the fan? Send her a Snapchat explaining why I dissapeared?

I don't want her to know the reason I dissapeared was because I was seeing another chick at the time so idk what to do here
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Two reasons:

1) Psychologically people always want something more when it's unattainable than when it's readily available. It's viewed as having more value.

2) Its a form of social proof because they view it as "she thinks he is a good catch, he must have something worthwhile" and then they end up wanting to find out what it is that you have that makes her stay with you.
