"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Just curious. Do any other guys out there have a cookie-cutter first date they take all women on?

There's a coffee shop I tell them to meet me at. Nearby there's a gourmet chocolate shop, which I take them to, buy a few chocolates for a few bucks, and feed them to her and I. There's also a gourmet ice cream shop nearby, they give free samples and that's another way she and I can eat the same foods. There's a school playground up the street to go have some nostalgic fun at. There's also some specialty shops in walking distance too.

By then she should be comfortable enough to jump in my truck with me and head to the mall. I enjoy fashion and looking good, so I take her to some designer stores, have her try on a sexy dress, then tell her come over and kiss me. Always works. Then I let her dress me up a bit as long as it isn't too crazy.

Then we head out to this nearby pub that has some relatively cheap food and drinks, but has very unique and fun food that you can share and feed each other. That's when I really turn on the charm and she starts to let her guard down and I can really find out what kind of person she is. After that it's usually make out time.

Anyway, just curious if anyone else has a first date they take every woman on? It seems to work well for me, and I take her to several of my favorite places in the city, so if she likes those that's a good sign we have a lot in common. And having done it so many times it makes it easy to be fun and confident. I also never have to worry about where I'm going to have a woman I just met meet me for a first date, since it's always the same place.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
