I'm wondering if anybody here has ever injured their neck doing squats. I did last week and it hurts just as much now (like a b*tch) as it did a week ago. I guess I must have had the barbell directly on my spine. I've been waiting for it to heal, but it doesn't look like it's going to do that on its own, or it's going to do it very slowly. My guess is that I fukked up one of my spinal disks and have a pinched nerve. I'm probably going to have to go to the doctor for this one, but I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with this type of thing (what the problem was, how long it took to heal, any lasting problems, ways to avoid it, etc).
