“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm currently only taking L-glutamine. Just started though so I can't say for sure.

He said supps, not illegals. lol

Yes, D-bol!

10g of creatine is fine. 5g before you workout, 5g after, or similar. Dont need to go over. Some studies even show 2-3g are enough.

Switch to the powder bud, and dump the capsule. No one swallows 10 creatine capsule anymore. That's OLD SCHOOL.

There are plenty of powders out there. You have 100s of creatine deals to choose from.

Want just plain old stuff, get the Creapure Creatine. Purest creatine on the market. Nothing added. Or you can go with all the new advanced in creatine. CEE, AKG, CM, etc etc.

My fault, but still, take it in the powder form. So much easier than the caps. Buy yourself a 100g deal of powder, 500g, or 1000g. Or get yourself 25 kilos if you so wish :)

Remember your paying for the caps too. Cheaper if you do powder alone.

Or you could look it up yourself and stop expecting us to spoon feed you. You were already pointed in the right direction.

Glutamine... ok, (MAYBE) that much C is not necessary. The UL for C is 2g. There are over 11 different diseases and studies done on them, and none were over 1g. If you have copper deficiency then yeah.

Unless you have valid clinical studies for reasons to take a megadose in one nutrient, you dont need to.

Some take 5g-25g and only under med supervision. That range is more in the 5-10g range.

The reason I say maybe on the glutamine is that there arent too many studies that support it. More are the opposite.

One of the most recent...

Glutamine: the nonessential amino acid for performance enhancement.
Phillips GC.

University of Iowa Children's Hospital, Iowa City, IA 52242, USA. [email protected]

Glutamine is a popular dietary supplement consumed for purported ergogenic benefits of increased strength, quicker recovery, decreased frequency of respiratory infections, and prevention of overtraining. From a biochemical standpoint, glutamine does play a physiologic role in each of these areas, but it remains only one of a host of factors involved. This review examines the effects of glutamine on exercise and demonstrates a lack of evidence for definitive positive ergogenic benefits as a result of glutamine supplementation.

Addition of glutamine to essential amino acids and carbohydrate does not enhance anabolism in young human males following exercise

Authors: Wilkinson, Sarah B.; Kim, Paul L.; Armstrong, David; Phillips, Stuart M.

The addition of glutamine to a CHO + EAA beverage had no effect on post-exercise muscle glycogen resynthesis or muscle protein synthesis, but may suppress a rise in whole-body proteolysis during the later stages of recovery.

seems like your endometrium needs relief. (go look that up)

i rather get my info from ppl who have had experience with a product than to google it and receive a bunch of advertisements, and promotional info which usually leads to "you should buy this and this and this and also this which is highly recommended (all from the same manufacturer) in order to get a good recovery."

I've done my google research and found it useless, i was expecting an answer from war whom everyone speaks highly of  but it seems that he is not around.

Anyways today i ran into this guy named (if i can remember right) Amir, who for those of you are enrolled in LA Fitness should know him because of all this pics (he's a fitness model HUGE GUY) around LA Fitness.

thnx for the advice from all of yall especially mrEndometrium
