"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

i'm in pretty good shape but my best feature- my face is still round/chubby. i have great cheekbones but they are rounded by a little bit of chub. also my chin isn't fully double but when i see pictures of my face it sticks out. the only way i have been able to achieve weightloss in my face is to go 10 to 15 pounds underweight.

most people, when they lose weight, they seem to lose it in their face first. for me it's like the last place to go on me. i don't want to go and get any kind of lipo to the face. i chew alot of gum and thats nnot helping either.

anyone else have this problem? or solutions

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fat. It's your body's decision where to burn fat from not yours.

How old are you? Usually the face chub burns off once you get a good ol' helping of testosterone via puberty. Also when you say 10-15 pounds underweight, what do you mean? I'm having a hard time trying to imagine someone being cut to shreds with every deltoid and oblique muscle popping out while having a double chin.

Some info like height, weight, age, estimated bf%, or even a few pics would help out.

Yeah, it's called liposuction.

The only way to reduce bodyfat in one specific place is liposuction.

whats your body fat %? Anything below 10% with your face still chub, and you've got some work to do.

try building muscle, it helps lean you out without going 'underweight' as you say.

i am 29 years old. yeah unfortunately my body loves sending fat to my face. i'm really toned in my legs, shoulders, arms. a have a small spare tire but i don't look overweight. when i go to the gym it seems like no matter how long and hard i workout i never lose all that much weight. i won't give up though.

i'm 5'11 and i weigh 177 pounds and i have had a sculpted face before. i was just wondering why some people get lucky and lose facial fat first and i have to be underweight to look great.

thanks for answering my most wondered question guys

you can't lose 'weight' while doing all that lifting & cardio. what you can hope to do is add muscle and/or lose bodyfat. there are 3 possibilities there, and they're very different strategies. diesel's stickies describe pure muscle addition or fat subtraction, while WBA's Idiot's Guide details how to do both at the same time.
