"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I find it hard to find some... I got quite a few but I'd like to find some more

so far I got:

Workout (can invite 6 person at my gym so it isn't unlimited)
squash
pool
Small-town zoo near my house
Bowling if I can find where it is
Arcade
Parks of course (play some soccer or football or whatnot)
anything else?

Just list anything you guys usually do and I'll see if I would be up to it or if it's possible near my area

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

What I try to do is ask a few questions pre-date which lets me know the girls interests and then work around that.

Some other ideas.

Live music.
Markets/ Groovey shops.
Art Galleries/ Exhibitions.
Dancing.

how about a search for action dates?

play grounds, (actual) dances (square dance, swing dance, or something else that is a real dance. GRINDING IS NOT A DANCE!!!), and elsewhere that is fun.

Some of my best dates were at the playgrounds though.

A question first, what defines an action date from a non action date? Or to better define action date, what's a good example of a non action date.

Action dates:
- Go exploring in a different city, get out and walk around, go in shops, restaurants, but be sure to go to an interesting spot
- Walk around cultural pockets in the city like Little Tokyo, Chinatown, Koreatown, Little India
- Go for a walk
- The beach, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, body surfing, boogie boarding, swimming
- Kayaking, canoeing, rowing
- Biking
- Farmer's Markets, buy veggies and fruits and then cook together, or have her cook for you.
- Amusement parks, $$$ parking, food, admission, they get you in the a$$
- Museums, Art Fairs, go to art galleries
- Use public transportation, rails, bus, get lost if you want and try to find your way around
- Parks, tag, hide and go seek, frisbee, soccer
- Ice skating
- Do a 5k/10k run or if you're ambitious marathon, triathlon
- Volunteer
- Scavenger hunt
- Aquarium, zoo, planetarium
- Tidepools
- Camp, hike
- Dancing

Just try new things, do things you want to do and she might want to do, have fun, play, relax, explore, take adventures. Basically it's all about having fun.

I keep a list of action dates, non action dates, good non-chain restaurants, cool shopping centers, trendy areas, parks, drives, romantic locations, public transportation routes, activities all specific to the city (L.A.) so I usually don't run out of date ideas. I recommend making list for yourself.

dang, that squash idea is actually a really good one, except I'd probably go with racquetball because it's way easier

And the dancing thing is pretty good, too. I took a girl with me to this swing dance event a few nights ago (first hour was a lesson), and she seemed to really like it. Girls really get off on dancing for some reason. Even dance classes provide a really good opportunity to meet and kino girls, in my experience.
