Any high protein foods makable fast and descrete?

Basically I work for a living start at 8am get home at 6pm.

I think I will find it difficult to eat high protein foods in work.

I dont want to go in to the office kitchen and whip myself up a protein shake becuase collegues will think I am on slim fast or something.

Basically need high protien meals that I can prepare in 5 mins in work, dont care if its bland as cr*p. Can anyone recommend any high protien low fat and low carb ready meals available in the UK or any alternative?

Just buy you a thing of Protien powder....takes 2 min. to mix powder with water and drink it.
