One possible place for you to mack would be the Chientan Overseas Chinese Center- ever been there?
Haha I've been to Jiantan aka Loveboat... It is a hook-up spot for teenagers coming through the overseas Chinese program. I don't know if there is much action for those of us over 20 though...
