Any advice on my food?

I'm trying to lose some bodyfat, so I started my diet yesterday. I'd like to know what you guys think about my food choice.

Breakfast 6:50 AM: ~250g chicken
During school 9 - 12AM: 2 apples
Lunch 13AM: ~6 scrambled eggs
Snacktime 16AM: A few peanuts
Dinner 18AM: 250g chicken or scrambled eggs.

I'm about 6'2" and weigh about 100 Kilogram.
Got some advice?:D

I can say if this is your diet on a daily basis, its nowhere near enough food and you are going to end up losing a lot of muscle along with the fat. If this is short term, then its OK I guess, but it would be easier to just pick 2 days a week and just not eat while eating normally the other days, which would produce better results with less muscle loss...

I planned to go through this plan for about 2 weeks. All this food should be about 1700 calories. How much food should I add to my list? How many calories per day should be my goal?

In breakfast you should take grapefruit juices, and green tea.
Take green vegetables salads, fish, and green beans in your lunch.
At night take green vegetables soups for burning you extra fat.

But I think you should totally change your daily food choice because chicken, and peanuts not suitable for your fat loosing purpose...Take your lemon and the peach juice an your morning..and use most vegetables in your daily food.

Well people might have different opinions about which foods should be the part of life for better health . I think the better are fruits and vegetables . Moreover, Exercise can also have beneficial effects on body and would make it fit . In this way, people can also lose weight which is major problem for most of them .

Hey guys,I am agree with your reviews about it but different people like
the different foods for keep fitness of the body.According to me that we
should be eat healthier and energetic foods for keep good health because
healthier foods give us lot of vitamins and nutrition.....
