Hey guys,

This is for the Anthony Ellis users here.

I was a member about two years ago, but now my membership has expired.

Do any of you guys know how to sign up for just the Inner Circle section?

Thanks

There's no information on the skinnyguy.net site for this, and I decided to ask here, since most people here seem to know about it or be members.

I found out about the program by Pook (check out his posts, What Every Skinny Guy Should Know and Is Skinnyguy.net Legit?). Very inspirational and convincing.

Anyways, I'm a hardgainer and it's designed for us, so I decided to give it a shot. I did it for about 4-5 months, religiously. Gained about 10 lbs of muscle mass within that time, but it was still a slow progression and I got frustrated and discouraged. 8-10 lbs of muscle isn't bad, but I was expecting more like 20+ lbs over that period of time.

The mistake I made was not getting enough calories. It tells you how much you should get in a day, based on your body weight/height. For me, around 2000-2200 I believe. It's designed so that you don't get in TOO MUCH calories, so your body fat doesn't get too high. But, I guess that part was a bit inaccurate, since for some people their metabolism is even faster.

Anyways, so I stopped for a year and a half. Getting back into it now, since I still have the books and everything. The change I'm making this time is getting in over 3000 calories a day. Drinking an entire 4L jug of milk a day if necessary. I think the book/program is great. It does work.

The membership they give you on their forum is only a year or so. I don't need to buy the whole program again, since I have all the products and materials, just want the forum membership. Great forum... they answer all your questions and you get to see that it works, from the other people there. Some people have sick results with it.

So, if anyone knows how I can purchase just the forum membership, let me know!

And I recommend the program to everyone.

Thanks!

I was talking mainly his picture. Just looking at him it doesn't seem like I'd be willing to buy his advice. He still looks like a skinny guy to me.

Well hell, if you're a "hardgainer" and he's writing for "hardgainers" and he didn't tell you to eat enough, what on earth is so great about his program? I mean, seriously. That you're recommending it to all your friends? And the forums are so great you're ready to pony up again? Wtf?!

Everyone on this forum over 200lbs. could have told you to eat at least (AT LEAST!) 3000 kcals/day if you really want to gain weight.
