Been a long time since I last saw Viroid post.. Nice.

If I started posting my pictures, would you guys do it too? I mean the guys touting that Anthony Ellis' method is not working. That he's just a "fake". I want to see what the guys with all the knowledge look like, just curious.

Anthony Ellis' method (actually I know Pook used the same/similar method too) worked very very well for me. Pook even wrote what happened for every 10 pound of muscles he gained.

It worked for me, so what's the problem? Just give it a try. 12 weeks/3 months isn't going to kill you. I think he even gives refund. Just buy it, make a copy of whatever is needed, then ask for a refund. Then go 3 months of training (doing what he says, if you don't follow it, you have noone to blame but yourself) and see the results fly in.
