I've just checked out his website & I'm strongly considering buying this.

Is anyone here ever done his program ? Does it work ? How'd it go for you ?

with all the good free information out there I don't recommend anyone investing in anything other than a reputable personal trainer (manuva gets my vote, despite his negative take on high protein).

if you're 135 lbs all you need to do is eat like you're 200 lbs and do basic compound exercises.

don't waste your money - I guarantee there's no secret in Ellis' or any other program out there.

muscle gain is very simple (but not easy).

and don't kid yourself, he didn't gain 32lbs of lean mass in 3 months. a total absolute newbie would take a year or so to gain that much.

I was persuaded by a friend to order the AE system.

its true it holds no "secret". But it IS a good place to have ALL the solid information you need to know.

The problem with scouring the internet for this info (which ive been doing for like a year) is that you hear alot of conflicting **** because everyone has their own training methods and and everyone has their own opinion on everything, sometimes very biased info that doesnt pertain to everyone.

I figure, 100 bucks or whatever i spent would be worthwhile and after getting the program i believe it is.

I honestly never had a true, clear idea about how muscle is built and the inner workings of the body and GI and the best time to eat, what to eat etc etc.

I still havent started the program since im moving but monday im going to start this program and follow it to a Tee and see where im at at the end of it.

So far the info is all very solid, confirms alot of what i already knew but also provided lots of knowledge i was unaware of. I put on 20lbs over the last 12 months, so hopefully this can put another 30 on my frame.

So im satisfied with my purchase so far...i guess at this point only time and my own efforts will tell.

it's a shame that his board is going rapidly downhill because of all the overanalysers :/

How many people do you know gain extreme muscle mass in 2-3 months? I have two steroid cycles under my belt, bro, and I can tell you that my eyes were opened WIDE after gaining only 10lbs. of solid lean mass after a 12 week cycle...and I averaged 5,000 calories a day and worked out hard.

Be wary. If AE works, provide a testimony with dated pics so I can at least think his program is not completely filled with smoke and mirrors.

And, BTW, Bloke, I see you're 17, so please disregard my previous post about planning a steroid cycle.
whats cycle do you normally run dont see to many other juicers here. i got another one coming up soon...

Is there any program that yourself would recommend ?

If no program, do you know where I could find a diet program I could follow ?

No gym atm. Saving money to pay off this & that. I will going back to the gym in about 3 weeks. When I was at the gym (2 months ago) I was pressing 40 lb dumbells in each hand. I'm 5'6 & 140 lbs.

All you have to do is eat enough calories to gain weight and lift weights. For quick growing, use a fullbody training program. More workouts=more growth phases. I've read the AE program. And ofcource since it's illegal to type the author of the program's name in the search field and download it with a P2P program like kasaa or lime wire, you must not do it. ( ;) ). Nothing magic. No new tequnikes. Eat enough to get the scale go up every two weeks and lift weights. Scale doesn't move? Eat more.
