I feel your pain, man. A lot of girls do that and they never seem to be able to stop; it's like a built-in mechanism. I seriously think some girls just can't open their mouths wide enough. Anyway, what works best is if she puts her lips over her teeth. Granted, she will look like a homeless prostitute, but it's sure a lot better than having teeth marks on your d!ck.
