Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

:crackup:Rudra said:Just out of sheer interest (didn´t research fish oil):
Why would you want to get your omega3 out of saturated fat (fish oil) when you can get the same out of highly unsaturated fat (flax seed oil) ? Which is dirt cheap btw.
I'm kind of confused at that post myself, and i'm pretty smart. lol. Hmm....Throttle said::crackup:
this doesn't even deserve a serious response.
Actually, I'm not so much confused as saddened.Omen said:I'm kind of confused at that post myself, and i'm pretty smart. lol. Hmm....
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Ideally, they should be used only isometrically. That it, whenever weight try's to bend your back and lose your neutral arche, your lower back works to keep your back straight.onthepath said:just one question, how can you stretch and work out the lower back/
those muscles are never being used by me, and after the slightest exertion of them, i'm in agony later unable to move properly which stuffs up all my workout plans
I wish they wrote that article a little more professionally. Is has lots of great, well supported info, but, their writing does display some heavy bias.Throttle said:You don't have to agree with everything written by these ladies http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/skinny.html to understand that all fats are a mix of saturated and unsaturated fats of varying types.

You use your glutes and legs, not your lowerback to pull weight. Use your glutes by thrusting them forward via squeezing your em together.

As for stretching the lower back, its not that important:

Best exercises for strengthening your lower back: deadlifts, squats, reverse hyper extensions, and regular back extensions. There are also pull through and good mornings, I don't like em as much as the extensions, but many people swear by em. (am I missing anything?). Just remember to use the glutes and not lower back when doing these. Squeeze glutes and lead with the hips.
ya know, i could even go for a rephrase, making the last clause a questions (eg "He died in the prime of his life of suicide -- maybe he realized his lowfat diet couldn't cure his own cancer?")spesmilitis said:"Pritikin may have saved himself from heart disease but his lowfat diet did not spare him from cancer. He died, in the prime of life, of suicide when he realized that his Spartan regime was not curing his leukemia. "
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
Well, I don't like about that line is that it said he diet wasn't curing cancer. Not causing it. As far as I know, once you do have cancer, diet alone won't completely cure it. Also, mentioning the suicide, seems like scare tactics to me, something our movement doesn't need.Throttle said:ya know, i could even go for a rephrase, making the last clause a questions (eg "He died in the prime of his life of suicide -- maybe he realized his lowfat diet couldn't cure his own cancer?")
one of the most likely risks of switching to omega-6 polys is an increased risk for all cancers (all poly fats are unstable and go rancid quickly -- any rancid oil, omega-3 or 6 or anything else -- is probably bad for you). the evidence isn't iron-clad but it's accumulating.
if you don't like that line, a significant proportion of their otherwise helpful cookbook "nourishing traditions" would probably annoy the crap out of you. Fallon goes off the deep end every 3rd or 4th page or so.

In the popular (at least American) conception, meat = saturated fat = bad for you. Both these equations happen to be either mostly or totally false.
You don't have to agree with everything written by these ladies http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/skinny.html to understand that all fats are a mix of saturated and unsaturated fats of varying types. In fact, lard (so evil-sounding that we actually use lard-ass as an insult) is primarily a very healthy monounsaturated fat (granted, with lots of saturated fat mixed in).
so Rudra's strange comment doesn't confuse me -- it makes me weep for everyone who buys this bull**** and then tries to live it out.
who said anything about low fat, high carb, low protein diet ??? how about moderate carb, fat and High protein with exercise ?stick with the conventional lowfat high carb low protein logic that has produced an overweight, unhealthy, heart disease-, diabetes- and Alzheimers-ridden society in America and across the globe too.
agreedI have often said on this board to not overcombine fats and carbs in the same meal as you are presenting your body with two potential fuel sources. one will be stored and the other oxidised.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Warboss, how fat were you?Warboss Alex said:Admittedly I didn't know your particular dietary recommendations and I apologise for making presumptions.
It's just when you said 'thousands of experts', I assumed you'd give the usual 'expert' recommendation of mod protein, high carb, low fat.
(this is what was recommended to me some years ago from a qualified PT when I first started out - I was fat - to lose weight, and guess what? I got fatter)
What is your dietary approach then D&B?
I was fairly pear-shaped if I remember rightly. can't remember numbers or anything like that. I just remember eating wholegrain bread, rice, oats etc for most meals of the day along with egg whites, milk(!!) and cottage cheese, **** like that (I followed the meal plan exactly).. I looked in the mirror one day and looked worse than I ever did.KarmaSutra said:Warboss, how fat were you?
