"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I have met someone online who really "clicks" with me. It is a bit of a flirting site. She seems like a good chick. But she's stuck in a rut- no sex for many years with hub, he has no interest, just TV. She found someone once who was gonna leave his W for her, then he backed out and really hurt her. Her kids are grown, but are mad at her now. We've talked on the phone a bit, shared pics and talked online for quite a while now. I'm getting hooked! I'm kinda scared too. She lives very far away (2000 mi). I'm afraid it could blow up in my face.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

1) Married.
2) Cheater / wannabe cheater.
3) Cleverly seductive.
4) Life a mess.
5) Family a mess.
6) Very distant.

Yep, seems like a keeper to me!

GHF, you could find more joy with a one legged fat chick who is local.

You're flattered by the interest level and maybe she's cute/hot ...
For you though, this chick is trouble.

This internet flirt / social site is a ... think the term is buffer.
Read Buffers.

One of the more important lessons I've learned since I crashed and burned four years ago and since I was single again, is never settle!

Yes, you are flirting with disaster indeed! You already know this yourself, otherwise you wouldn't have created this thread and told us:

I'm getting hooked! I'm kinda scared too.
You just HOPE that it isn't true and that someone here will somehow prove that to you... But that ain't gonna happen ;)

SecondHalf summed it up already, this chick is noooooooooooo good! Get rid of her right now, before you get hooked deeper and the "disaster" becomes true. Break contact and keep it that way, don't fall for her attempts to draw you back in. Let some other fool be victimized by her...

WHY isn't her husband interested in sex????? Is she a stone cold b1tch? There IS a reason no one wants to bang her or live with her

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Of all the online relationships I had, from about late 1996 or so, 100% of them amounted to zero. It was all fantasy. Stop now ASAP and avoid the mental anguish. You know nothing of what is on the other end. More than likely, büllṣhit is involved and nothing is as it seems.

See Catfish: The Movie or TV Show.

OK, I owe you guys an explanation. You guys who have seen me here before know that I've been stuck in a relationship with a femcvnt, and recently pryed myself away. now the fun part.

Last year, I was at my wife's "social" place, where she hangs with her "friends". I'm looking to see where her and her nasty bit$h friend are. I go in her friend's camper, who has this little "guilty giggle". I know, I've worked w/ her for years. so I'm quiet, but observant. It seems they are both on a flirting site, on their Iphones. They desribe things about it, making fun about it. I don't say anything (the right thing to do in my circumstance).

So, fast forward to this february. I'm thinking about this incident late one night, and decide to have a little fun. Thought I would figure out who they were, and cause some disruption. So I spent a couple of months earning my stripes, to get enough credibility to be a part of the gang. imagine that! Incidentally, I never did figure out who they were, but In the mean time, I got lured in. Over the last few days, the woman i had interest in, has seemed to lose interest. She did fool me. Turns out her seemingly level headed self is a game player. The lesson I learned here, other than the very obvious, is that this chick lured me in just like my soon-to-be ex wife did! Same demeanor. Kinda scary! I hope you guys take note of this, i sure have! I feel like an idiot for getting sucked into this, thankfully it didn't go too far!

Dafuq?

When you concern yourself with silly women and silly games, guess what that makes YOU?

You're better than that...
