Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What effect would it have if one chest workout i do 5 sets with 5 reps at a heavier weight and then the next chest workout i do 3 sets with 10 reps at a lesser weight?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Progressive resistance.

As long as you're always working a little harder, it doesn't matter how you mix it up.

Poliquin says generally a workout stops working after 6 times. So if you are concerned about this, i'd say change the reps about that often, not every other workout.

I've been generally sticking with the same exercises but changing reps every cycle for a while now. Every time after a deload i come back in with a different rep scheme if even only slightly.

DB rows particularly i've been changing the reps from anywhere between 6 and 25 and it's been working wonderfully.
