"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

lol, my gut is telling me to a) even though I really like this girl, go on the date with another girl I already had planned firday night and b) make no deciisons on anything until I take her out of town.

.
Problem solved.

Trust your gut. But definitetly do not listen to your heart. Please please please do not listen to your heart. We all know what happens when we listent to our heart.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Oh and guys who don't believe in the plate theory.. this is EXACTLY why you spin plates and why it's worth it. First of all, even though I do like her, I'm still in a position of power. Hell I have a date Friday.

Secondly, I didn't get tied into some tramp because she had good pvssy and missed out on this woman who is like nothing I have never seen.

I didn't try to make a square peg fit into a round hole (by forcing LTR's with women who didn't fit what i wanted) and eventually I THINK i might have found one that fits.

still being cautiously optimistic.. I'm waiting on her to throw something at me or to cut my **** off or something. my theory on women is that all, and i mean ALL have a down side.. the thing is can you live with that downside or not. I'm waiting to see what her's is. she just hasn't displayed it yet.

I'm about as rational (for the last 4 years anyway) as you will find. that's not a problem.

funny thing is, she knows (or at least assumes) I date other women! She told me 'I know you had other women before me and you probably still do.. I don't expect you to drop everyone because of me, but when it comes down to it I'll beat everyone else out"

I'm enjoying the moment.
Dude, it sounds as if you are in a great situation. Why on earth were you considering something to mess things up?

it's not messing up. it's either to be or it's not. you spin your plates and don't let them spin you.

As Rollo said in a previous thread, when you only date one woman you get locked in on her and her importance is greatened in your eyes. not saying that that won' happenen, but I'll be damned if I let that happen after 2 months.

we have a mutal respect. she knows I'm into her. I know she likes me.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
