We see a lot of posts about women liking and tolerating the skinny guy, but I for one have always been somewhat chubby, but I workout and it can definately be seen with definition around my body. I am not ripped with 6 pack abs. But I admit I do have a little spare tire. So, is this somewhat desireable by women?

I have been workingout for about 6months. Also do muay thai

80% of the work to become lean happens in the kitchen, not the gym. Limit your caloric intake by separating your meals into 6 small meals eaten at 2 or 3 hour intervals. Be sure to cut all junk food, eat no excess sugars and fats, and eat fresh vegetables, lean meats, almonds, wholegrains, and dairy.
