I would offer that you likely have a frame problem. You're worried about what she thinks, which is uncovering some insecurity. Who knows what it is, only you can figure that out.

I've had this problem in the past, and found that it is generally in the mind. Yes, health plays a role, but not NEARLY as big as we want to think. Talking about taking pills and what not, skirts around the main issue.

I've experienced with finishing a little too early too, and I think the whole thing is tied in with anxiety when it comes to having sex with this woman. I've had performance anxiety a couple of times before in my life but both times the woman was supportive and it never happened again. This one is isn't for whatever reason and it totally ****s with my head. I guess your whole "fvck it" approach may be the way to go about it.

Stop giving a damn. The best advice is often very easy to say, but difficult to execute. Sort of like budgeting money. Or "buy low, sell high".

In this case, I would start by stopping whatever it is you're doing to cure the issue. That probably feeds the demon even worse if it doesn't work. I remember taking zinc and L-arginine and would freak out even more if it didn't work. All that stuff is better long over the long term anyway, like clean eating. Next, remember why this b*tch started f*cking you in the first place, and go back to that place. Let go of your performance. Go in it for you.....you'll please her in the process. She only starts whining because you are showing some chinks in your armor....your confidence is what turns her on to begin with.

To be clear, Soy products can be put into two categories; stay away from soy isoflavone supplements and foods made with textured vegetable protein and soy protein isolate but things like soy milk, edamame, and tofu do not have estrogenic effects. I can provide a link but I'm not here to argue because I know how stubborn and misinformed people, especially guys, are around this topic. Basically, plant estrogen binds to beta receptors and increases bone density and protects the alpha receptors from breast tissue growth which in turn decreases estrogen production.

Things like cows milk, whey, meat all have mammalian estrogen and it's the reason North America has a obesity problem. The next time you see a guy with male breasts I guarantee you he is not a vegan.

I doubt you can do the first and you can't do the last unless you do the first or unless you are cheating and using T replacement therapy or steroids but that will just **** you over in the long run plus guys who use T replacement therapy or steroids are pretty easy to spot. They often have a smell.

Can only speak for myself... but currently have no problems at all - I turn 57 in a few weeks.

I did put on a LOT of weight after losing interest during a LTR (marriage)... The classic.. 'let myself go..' - Eating too much - sugary crap - no exercise - etc.
Morning glories had faded away completely by about 50-ish, and I was often in the position where the little fella wouldn't respond anywhere near as strongly as it used to.
I had also developed high blood pressure, which I'm pretty sure had quite an impact on performance issues.

A few yrs ago I divorced, then lost the excess weight by completely avoiding refined sugars, and cutting right back on processed foods.
I eat quite a bit of fruit - mostly apples, bananas and watermelons... I usually juice the watermelon and drink that, with some orange/lemon/or lime juice added so it isn't so bland to taste.
I also started taking a couple of supplements known to help with circulation (Omega 3,6,9 and Ginkgo Biloba).
Blood pressure dropped back in to the 'normal' range as the weight came off, and since getting back into casual dating I've found that the little fella is pretty much back to the way he was in my 20s/30s, morning glories are also back with a vengeance.
I've also found that it no longer subsides straight afterwards... to the point that I can continue with no in-between downtime (Much to the surprise, and pleasure, of most women)

Not sure what, specifically, is the main cause of it all - Whether it's the better fitness, lower BP, sugar-free diet, the fruit-rich diet, the supplements, the better circulation in general, or some combination... I just know that I'm sticking with the current diet regime... because it's obviously working for me...

Now I take watermelon and 4 stalks of celery sticks with water and blend real good & then sift out the pulp drink a tall glass once a week. It's suppose to help w/ the testosterone and a primal scent that women pickup on so we'll see.. lol

I want to get it back to normal again eventually. Cheers.

Great advice. Watermelon is incredible for blood circulation so is pomegranate. For whatever reason green tea helps. Limit or remove alcohol. Limit caffeine to one serving. I hope the wife is still hot for you. An occasional strip club visit will allow your imagination and lust to run wide open. The different ladies will have different effects on you. One in the group might get your head right. Just be sitting with you and your rock hard bones returns. Wife must also remain fit enough to ignite you. If she's been encroaching on your masculine space over the years it'll be hard to feel like a man with her.

Totally agree with all the stuff about looking after yourself physically. watching your diet,hitting the gym,bit of cardio.This brings multiple benefits over and above sex also.being the best shape you can be will make you feel like a king also,esp compared to the vast majority, male and female who,in later years,just eat and drink themselves to a big shapeless lump

Really an interesting thread and as someone who is no longer in his 20's I too have experienced what its like to no longer get rock hard at the drop of a hat.

One thing I've realized though as time has gone on and as I've gotten older is just how important foreplay is. Just jumping into sex rock hard unless maybe you're talking about an HB 8 or above typically isn't the easiest thing. Foreplay should be a natural occurrence before sex and truth is most women today don't seem to get that and don't seem to want to put in the work to make sure their man is completely aroused before penetration.

Biggest reason(if not a blood flow issue) is Estrogen Dominance. Specifically your ratio of Estrogen to Progesterone. If it leans towards Estrogen it kills your erections. If you restore the balance to be in favor of Progesterone you will return to c0ck splitting erections and morning wood.

However, this could be a sign of serious medical issues like heart problems and/or calcium buildup preventing proper blood flow to the penis. I would see a medical professional to rule those out.
