Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

She's going into real estate and will soon be making 6 figures or more, in a world filled with several billion people who are going to spend their lives performing manual labor, in exchange for f-cking pennies. This is a tragedy on par with The Two Corys becoming multi-millionaires in their 20s, only to piss it all away on dope and floozies, by time The early 90s were upon us
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Incorrect. Most real estate agents fail. Most don't do very well. In the USA, real estate agents work strictly on sales commission and lack a base salary. If they don't sell anything, they don't get paid.o

It was a little bit early in the morning when I replied and I wasn't thinking about the facetiousness. Good work on that as I re-read it now.In any event, the post you're replying to was facetious in nature. I keep forgetting that our cultural capacity to pick up on such things is dying out faster than the main cast of Pretty Little Liars's acting careers

I would not recommend residential real estate as a career because of the commission pay structure. I'm amazed at how many people do it. There is high turnover in the field and that's predictable. Only a small percentage of real estate agents get the majority of the residential real estate sales. Knowing that, I would not want to make that career decision. Staying in bottle service in the short term and then finding something with a lower failure risk seems like a better life plan.As do most folks in every other profession.
