I have found that coach wayne corey's is the best approach.

EX:
The minute you see woman you like, just tell her directly what it is you want ex: are you free next weekend/lets go out for a drink after telling woman you find her attractive
Pros: You know right off the bat if she likes you/and she knows your intentions right away and not sounding AS creepy about it. + Less chance of saying something stupid.
Cons: you get rejected right away, feelings may get hurt..but if you do it often enough, you become numb to it and it just turns into a numbers game

VS

Beating around the bush then popping the question after 10 minutes of BS talking + chance of saying something really stupid..
Pros: none
Cons: time/money/effort wasted/sounding creepy letting her know later

I'm a dating coach myself, and I love Corey Wayne's material. As for this particular advice: women love mystery and intrigue. Just the fact that she's getting both by going out with you - a stranger - is usually enough for most women to agree to a date, if only to unwrap the mystery of this random guy asking her out.
