I'm going to take your point as an argument. Often times, guys think they look better than they really do. So in reality a guy thinking he's a 7 might actually be a 4-5, yet he expects a 2-3 point smv boost from a woman. That's highly unlikely and unrealistic.

Dry spells to me that lasts a long time like a year also signal deficiency in other areas of the guy, like looks, physique, personality, game, etc. If he's not putting in the effort then he'll constantly be stuck with low tier women.

Also playing devil's advocate, if the guy wasn't a loser and lets say he had a good job but maybe genetics weren't so kind to him, he could easily pay for a good looking escort and treat himself once in awhile to get it out of his system rather then slumming it up with a fattie.

Ok so the last time myself and my housemate both hooked up with girls was nearly a year ago at a Christmas house party on Christmas Eve! We hooked up with a couple hotties in Santa girl outfits.
