"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I've been watching wildlife documentys recently.

You have to be a ruthless killer to survive in the plains of Africa
.A hard, hard place to live

Maybe now I can see why some philosophers say life is miserable.

The sister/daughter that you've tried to protect & shared the best moments of your life with is now getting ripped to pieces in front of your eyes by hungry beasts. You stand there knowing there is nothing you can do about it.

Still think I would prefer to have lived, than never at all.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I like the videos of guys stealing a kill from lions. If you walk up to a lion like you aren't afraid, even when it just killed its dinner, the lion will run away. It's not used to anything acting unafraid of it. But then those guys just saw off a chunk of meat and get away before the lion comes back.

My family has cattle. Sometimes they get out, and I have to chase them back into the fence. I'd probably do about as well fighting a thousand pound cow as I would a lion, but the cows don't know that. If you act like you are going to kick their asses, they believe it.

And in my experience, humans are not much different. I think that's why learning how to fight keeps a person out of bar fights and other stupidity like that. When the other guy is used to provoking a fear reaction, and that doesn't happen, his animal sense of self-preservation will kick in. A voice in his head will tell him that he is fvcking with the wrong guy.

Yep this works for sure. I've had a few starbucks jellyfish threaten me and I just smile cause I'm spoiling for a fight. Most people that do stupid sh1t and want to fight are all talk, they will almost always back down. A lot of guys are used to telling people to **** off or being rude without consequence because there are so few people that will stand their ground.... especially rich guys that drive cars over $20k. They sure get their money's worth when they realize the guy in the busted up Truck is following them home. I had one tough Italian kid start acting like a *****, calling me sir and pleading not to fight after I cornered him, wish I had a video.
