"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

what should i do about a afc friend, (used to be a great friend when i was afc too)

all he does is follow me, he see me go to the gym, wants to come too, but gives up after a few days, buys clothes that he sees me wear, heard i was joining the army reserves, so he signed up too...but when i try to get him to approach some girls, he would just make excuses and not do anything.

overall, this guy is easily persuaded, never makes decisions for himself, only asks others and is pretty introverted, but he is really nice friend, i was sick a while ago and missed like 2 months of college, he basicly brought me the assignments everyday.

but it gets a little annoying when all he does is ask your opinion for basicly everything,

but then again his parents divorced when he was little and he grew up with his uncle, so he had a hard life.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

i think ur the AFC who is actually following

??? Are you fvckin joking me? You read the samething i did, how did you come to your conclusion?? His friend mimicks what he does yet HE'S the one following his AFC friend? This site blows. People need to stop talking.

Anyway, just try to help him out. If he doesnt budge, find a way to trick him into doing it. If he idolizes you in the way it appears, he'll do it if you do it and help him along.

Focus on your own life and don't worry about what your friend is doing. If he keeps asking your questions that go around in circles then just tell him either:

1) "You're right."
2) "I don't know."

Both of those responses disarm him and give him no where to go with the conversation so you don't have to deal with it. Some people are like that - they really aren't looking for advice they just like twisting conversations around for sport.

He obviously looks up to you and respects your opinion. Be up front with him, if you find him annoying tell him your advice is overrated and that he should make his own decisions.

My roomate was like that. I have known this guy since like 6th grade, and he's all up on my nuts all the time. He even had a girlfriend too and she noticed, got bored of it then left him for me :)

Sucks to be him, but if he doesn't man up the world will walk all over him, like she and I did.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
