"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I am seeing sombody that I am getting along with, but last night she did somthing that reminded me of a girl that I dated (ex a long time ago). I was a complete AFC with her (ex) and when I was reminded of her(ex) I spooked. It brought up so much $*** that I thought I left behind me.

I can't shake the feelings I had for the ex (which are complete insecurity since she f**ckd me over) I know I shouldn't act on what I felt for the ex, but I can't let go.

The new girl didn't do anything wrong she is just real open and made a sexual statement (not a suggestive on but a general statement to a mutual guy friend) and I lost my cool inside. i did my best to keep it inside but in the end I had to jet before I turned all AFC'y on her.

I am still hesitant to see her again because I still can't shake the feeling and there is no way in hell I want to go soft and loose it.

Need help.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

For sure. No problem there. (just for the record I am a man. I am a US Army Vet.)

But the thing I needed help with is not with the girl I am with or the girls I am with it how to deal with the past.

I never really had relationships (mostly *ucking). But I got hung up on this girl (sex was good) and she wound up doing some very *ucked up things behind my back. After that I turned into a wantabe player. Than I just treated all girls like $hit. Than I calmed down and delt with the way I felt. Now I try to just let things be and do what I want.

but this brought some deep emotions that I thought were gone..

here is what happend....

"....we were all hanging out and one of our friends flys a plane, and she asked when her and her friend could go up.... than finished with "...And No Air-Head"!!

I don't know why but it took me right back to the ex that ****ed me over... mostly because she would have givin him air-head....

The truth is I like this chick more than I should and the only other person I felt that way with *ucked me over...

anyway thanks for the reply...

Peace.

"Stop living in a dreamworld, stop living in the past, stop thinking about the future, live in the present or you wont live at all - because soon the present which we are in now will become memories and regrets and the future dreams will become the unfruitioned present - no different from what you are living in now"

Nice!! Your totally right. The past is the Past. I know that I am going to have problems with the past but I have to let go. I knew that but I didnt' know how. After reading that I felt stupid for letting the past affect me after so long.

Thanks and Good Looking out.
