“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Me: 23, 5"10, 165lbs, around 17% bf. Used to go to the gym, now been out of shape for the last year. I got the whole diet thing down, but a few pointers would be good too.
Goals: increase stamina, lose fat

I'm planning on running at 5am, 5 days a week, 30 minutes every session (increase by 5 minutes every week). I'll be running in the street, so I can't know exactly how fast I'm running but probably have a good estimate. Also, I'll be keeping a log.

Does anyone know any good sites? recommendations? suggestions? personal experience?

Get started on cardio. Jogging running.. etc. Once you have some endurance and your body is used to the stress, and you shed off some of that 17% fat you can hit the weights.

First you have to do some cleanup.

Question: since I'm starting in the morning, would it be a good idea to start running on an empty stomach and then eating after I'm done?

I can't afford protein shakes in the time being (just for the record)

You don't need protein shakes to lose weight. Just eat protein based foods, lots of fats, some carbs, and stay away from sweets and sugars. Those you must control. No soda or any of that crap.

Mix this up with some exercise and you will feel like a million dollars in a couple of weeks. Although at the beginning you will feel like crap because you are not used to it.

Running in the morning before breakfast is not a problem, might gear you up for the rest of the day. Don't skip breakfast though! If you ever want to skip a meal make it dinner. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
