When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
thanks, but I dont drink unless I am alone or with someone elseDoc and Mr Code,

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Yep, thinking long can be hazardous to your health.Originally posted by Beginner1
I am so tired of going in circles and thinking everyday, what is wrong, why am I having so much trouble. Is there something wrong with me, is there a secret I don't know about. My mind is racing so fast day in and day out about how come I am not with someone and I am starting to have odd health problems and I am 100 percent sure they are attributed to my mind being so stressed.
You think the ability to spell or try to use grammar correctly has something to do with depression?Originally posted by DjDreamer
I find it hard to believe that somone that is so depress has time to puntuate and parapragh his thoughts...
It would seem that you don't know many things about depression at all if this is amazing. Just stop reading the thread if you are tired of it.Originally posted by DjDreamer

Don't worry about that. I'm not going though a another year of this, I've already decided. Soon I won't be posting or reading anymore.Originally posted by Doc73
Are you that self destructive that you want to see that happen? If so then just continue what you are doing and eventually this thread will get locked or deleted.
Yes...think about it...if you see somone dressed well, smelling good and smiling constantly /if you see somone looking presentable do you automaticaly think that person is depressed?Originally posted by chancer357

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Now what the hell is that suppose to mean? You're gonna become a munk?Originally posted by chancer357

I am depressed and far from confident, but otherwise you summed it up pretty simply.Originally posted by am4591
What is the purpose of this thread?
OK, let's see if I can understand this. --it's impossible for you to do certain things, am I right? It's not that you're depressed, or not confident, or afraid--when you try to take action to improve things, nothing happens. Is that about right? You're hitting the switch but the machine isn't plugged in.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
