I have season tickets to Oklahoma State Football. My son can't go with me because he is sick. So I am trying to round up someone to go with me. I send a short text to a girl I haven't seen in two years. She had the hots for me years ago but I couldn't act because I was married at the time. Anyway i invited her to the game and called her a whiner. She could not go because she was doing some freelance video work, but she sent me a book OMG what a long text. How it was good to hear from me we should get together ect. Should I try to get a date or just forget it. I might try to voice call her next week. I didn't reply to her text.

Hell yeah you should. I would eventually text her back and voice call her next week. She could become another plate. It sounds like she is interested and if you think she looks good, then why not?

OK, imagine there's a girl you really liked--tons of sexual tension--but she had a boyfriend at the time. You don't hear from her for a couple years--and out of the blue she invites you to a knitting class.
