"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

So I've been seeing this chick for a few weeks now and it has been ALL lovely. Her IL is high and I always have a good time in her company.

Fast forward to this weekend:

She calls me after club closing (She is about an hour from me) and I tell her to come down my way and stay over.

She couldnt since she had work at 9am the next morning, which I knew about but forgot with my drunkeness. She said that she would call me when she got home, but I never heard from her again.

I know she was drinking a bit that night, but not plastered.
I am seriously concerned that something happened to this girl and am not sure what to do about it or how to find out.

Her phone has been off since the morning after like it died or something...I have only called three times since then, but have a weird feeling about it.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Yeah, I got a stable of recruits in the wings. Just got a weird feeling about this one.

She is the type to call me when she get a coffee break at work or when she goes out to get lunch.

I'm just hoping that she is ok. My main reason for concern is that she was drinking and drove home that night...

I'll just assume she's fine until I hear otherwise.

If she has always been consistent in the past then a little bit of concern is okay. Do you know where she works? In most cases I wouldn't advise calling a girl at work...but if she is usually good about calling and you're worried about her, you could always call her work and just tell her since she didn't call you back you just wanted to make sure she wasn't in a ditch somewhere or hurt. Even though it's a very rare thing for a woman to get raped and killed...IF that did happen, you would be a suspect because of her cell phone records. I think it'd be better to at least make some kind of effort to make sure she's okay. If she is okay, unless she has a good excuse for not calling you, you shouldn't see her anymore.

All I remember is that she works in a Portuguese cafe. I'm gonna hit google later and see the names of those types of places in her city. Maybe it'll jog my memory...If I get the # I will call and check it out.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hey...what area does this girl live in? I have a few minutes to kill and I can check online newspapers for any reports of crimes and accidents. I just need to know what area to search.

I'm not finding anything in the New Bedford newspaper. I'll check TV stations. Was she at a club in New Bedford, too...or was she in another town?

I dont remember what club she went to. I was, as they say, very drunk when she called me...When I spoke to her she was already in the car leaving the club though.

She does like going to Providence, RI though.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay...I can't find any news about accidents or crimes involving any 25 year old women. So, if something is wrong no one has figured it out yet. Do you know where she works?

LMAO. The only search I was gonna do is try to get the number to the restaraunt she works at. Think thats a bad idea?

My ONLY concern is the well-being thing.

I guess I will just let it go and assume she's all set to go.

Don't blame him LIT...I just offered to check online news sources to see if there were any accidents or missing women that fit her age. I'm good at finding info like that. I was bored and wanted something to do. He's not overreacting.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

There's nothing wrong with doing that. At 25 you never know if she's having frequent contact with her family. If your gut tells you that she would have called you if she could have, then calling her work to make sure she's okay or to make sure she showed up the next day is not going overboard. If it's a call you'd make if it was your neighbor, classmate, friend, etc...then make it for the girl. If you only want to make the call because you want her to talk to you, then don't make it. If you are genuinely concerned about her then make the call.

2. what the f*ck is this guy doing ringing me at work when i never gave him this number ?

give no.2 a STALK CHECK

This girl constantly asks me to come see her at work. She is sort of shy with me and would NEVER offer her work number.

I dont want to call to talk to her. Just to know that she didnt have a liquor involved accident that night just after talking to me.

There is no stalker in me. LMAO

I'm not going to end up calling, just because it isnt very "me" to call somewhere I didnt get the number to.

Well, I think it's okay for him to just go ahead and call and JUST make sure she's okay. If she IS okay he should next her anyway because it was horribly inconsiderate for her to leave him worrying like that. He should ONLY call one time, though...and only to make sure she is okay. If she's even at work he shouldn't chat or make small talk, just say he wanted to make sure she wasn't over a ledge somewhere. There is actually a serial killer who was never caught in the New Bedford area. The killings were quite awhile ago, but there have been a few young women who have disappeared more recently and haven't been found. I was aware of that when I offered to check the news for her area.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
