"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Saturday night, met up with a past fling. Her friend wanted to go home, so she drove 30 mins to drop her off and I figured she would just stay home since it was far away from the place we were at. She texted me saying she was coming back so I assumed she was for sure down. Anyways, hours go by we have a good time, I drive her home (she wasn't ok to drive) we have sex. She texts me saying she had a fun time and hopes to do it again soon.

My question now. How do I go about without sounding needy asking her out again this weekend? And when should I text her?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Just say I'm going to do x and she should come along . Don't text a bunch just ask her out. Wait a couple days to do it.

She texts you and says she hope to see you again soon. She is chasing you, so you make a date. When a chick reaches out to you she is expecting you to do something. The longer you wait the weaker you look.

Had she not texted you, then you would wait a few days because you should have other chicks that want to spend time with you. If you don't have other chicks, then go get them. But if you don't I suppose you will have to follow some PUA BS and 'pretend' you are in demand. You want advice on how to pretend... read Cory Wayne's book. It's just about the best bvll sh!t cr@p out there if you have to follow something.

Text her the next day and mention that last night was cool. Let her know you will hit her up as soon as your schedule "slows down a little". Don't text her for one two or three days. Schedule a meet up no later than two days away. On the day of meet up, confirm the time and place.

This gives her time to build you up in her head, tear you down in her head, or forget about you. I set alarms so I don't forget to text them

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Sounds to me, like you need more than mere advice.
