"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Give me Some Adice Please

Hey guys

Here goes. Girl im involved with but not official (she wants to be), calls me. Im busy and such, and dont answer. Next day she IM's me angry cause i had gone there to surprise her without her father knowing, only her mother. Anyway, he got mad and took it out on her. In addition to her being angry about that, her friend had also gotten into a car accident last night. Now for some reason shes taking it out on me, saying i dont care because i didnt answer her call and that i dont care that she got in trouble for me showing up there.

What should i do? She said to call her later if i want because now shes busy, taking care of her friend in the accident.

Im not sure if i should call her to try and talk tonight because it might seem AFCish.

Or should i let her cool off for a day, and not call tonight.

Im really not in favor of ending the relationship, but will if i really have to.

Much appreciated
Post back

Peace:cool:

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

DON'T DO ANYTHING.

If you know it's not your fault. Don't take the blame. Her reasoning is unjust and you shouldn't call her back just because she tells you to. Just DON'T DO ANYTHING.

When she does eventually come around, if she's still bitching at you, tell her you don't appreciate her acting this way towards you and that you aren't going to put up with it.

Don't let her be a brat just because she doesn't get what she wants. It's a bad way to start a relationship, it's a bad way to go through one.

So i should wait until she calls back herself again?

Even if she calls back tonight?

I was thinkin if lettin her cool off a day or 2.

But also, it IS partly my fault about the part of me coming there.

And i never actually said the words "im sorry" or apologized in any way.

Closest thing i said to that effect was, "i made an assumption and i was wrong."

that sound like an apology? if so than sh*t haha

Let me know

If she calls you back fine, but if she's going to give you an additude for something that she really shouldn't blame you for, tell her that you won't take her nonsense anymore.

Just think about this. She does something wrong that gets you in trouble, but she HONESTLY had no idea that it would. Would you really get all that upset at her? I wouldn't get upset at my girlfriend if she made a mistake like that and I would DEFINITELY not blow it out of proportion.

If she calls you to talk, talk, but don't let her be a brat about it, you have better things to do than hear her whine and moan.

Much Appreciated.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

She's angry because you aren't official with her yet. She's stressed because her friend got hurt last night. It's just coming together and you need to let her know that you didn't do anything wrong. Listen to NRM.

I see.... thank you guys

I mean you're right. If we arent official why is she stressing over me not answering her call yesterday? It had only been one day since i had SEEN her, not only talked, but SEEN her.

So i'll just wait until she calls. And if she doesn't? then what, next?

Plus, if i dont call, wont that kind of confirm that i dont care? or could it send the message that i dont want to talk becuause i wont take the way she talked to me, cause she said to call if i want to talk.

We'll see how it turns out.

Anyone else?

Much appreciated:)
