"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

As documented in this months copy of FHM(UK):

  • Be confident. Even if you're not, act it.
  • Don't put it on a plate because the chase is half the fun for girls.
  • Don't linger around and crowd us. Do the opposite - if I like you and you disappear for a second I'll want to know where you are.
  • Never pinch our arses - under any circumstances. It's rubbish.
  • Never come out with "Can I come back to yours?" Wait for an invite.
  • Wait for that inviting look, or lingering stare. Then you'll know we're interested.
  • Come and dance near us, but don't grope. If we dance with you, you're in!
  • The Biggest mistake you can make is to not offer a girl a drink.
  • Never lie about what you do or say you're single if you're not.
  • Be interested. Listen and ask questions about us. That's very sexy.

This is from the mouth of a self-professed female man-eater.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I agree with most of those points, however:

"The Biggest mistake you can make is to not offer a girl a drink."

is bullsh1t. You don't want to show a girl that you're willing to buy her attention - don't forget, you are the prize not her and so if anything she should buy you a drink.

I mean, sure its ok to be a polite, chivalrous guy to an extent..but you certainly won't be buying her attention as that sets up the frame that she is more important than you...she is the prize..and you're the one trying to win her (not the other way around as it should be).;)

p.s I also agree with The_Shezzler about the whole dancing thing

Look at the title of this...."Maneaters"

The problem with this article is that it's advice being told to you by maneaters, and what you can do to get acceptance from them. Forget it!!!

Live your life the way YOU want, and if the woman is worth it, she'll be around. I would never want to spend time on a woman who is referred to as a maneater. And I definitely wouldn't want to get her acceptance.

Very AFC. Although it's been written time and time again about waiting for an opening; a sign... What a load... Does it make any sense to wait for her to allow you to approach her? C'mon...

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

ah yes I didn't notice that, Francisco makes a good point..if you want to approach a woman just go for it. looking for subtle signals is a waste of time and will probably damage your chances anyway.

However, that doesn't mean you should ignore everything a woman does - just don't place too much importance on it (unless its really overt).

Obviously we REALLY disagree on several issues. If you approach a woman who wasn't interested in you in the first place.. what have you lost???? seriously. you don't approach you don't get her. you do approach..there's a chance you can change her mind. DON'T ****ING look for signals. that's narrowing a woman's view of you down to your looks alone...give her the full sample whether she thinks she wants it or not.

you conifidence will shine through

You are making the girl the prize. You should be the prize.

There are ways to get girls who initially arent sending to signals but why build a bridge when there's one already built. Which is the same **** ive been fvcking saying all over this board and nobody understands. If the girls u want arent noticing you. change something about yourself. how hard is it really.

Im through

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"You are making the girl the prize."

No I'm not....but that doesn't mean you shouldn't present what you have, confidence wise.

Sounds like your saying a shouldn't brush my hair or my teeth, and wear a plastic-bag for clothing....

being your best isn't making the woman the prize, not at all.

look bossdog, I'm not saying signals are completely unimportant, they're just not something to spend too much time on.

If you're talking to a girl and (from her signals) she obviously doen't like you...walk away. fine

If she's obviously really into you (from her signals) then push it to the next level. fine

but most of the things you need ot know are common sense or gut feeling. you don;t need to spend time LEARNING it...that is bs

Recently i went out and invested in a set of hair clippers. They cost me 50 dollars. I normally get my hair cut every week for 12 dollars.

An idiot will look at me and laugh because i spent 50 dollars this week when i could have just spent 12.

He doesnt see that i will never again waste my time and money going to the barber shop unless i want to.

I made it a point to invest my time into learning signals and body language. so i wouldnt waste my time in the future. As a result i havent gotten rejected in months. But i guess thats just me. peace

Well I guess there's no harm in learning it. although I don't know if there's really anything much better than a gut feeling or common sense on these things.

I don't know but I assume you're talking about stuff like:

if her shoulders are pointed at you she likes you.
if she blinks more quickly she likes you.
if she shows open gestures she likes you...blah blah

thinking conciously about those things just seems ridiculus and counter-productive to me. And besides, most of them are taken into consideration by your "gut feeling"..I'm not going to change my ideas about that very easily, so we'll agree to disagree:p

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I'd say that good body language comes from a strong confident mindset where you aren't concerned with "doing everything right" - "are my shoulders relaxed..erm..are my palms open and facing them..etc"...seems like to much intraverted thinking to me.

saying that I do sometimes use the mirroring technique (copying their movements/voice tone/etc)

but cheers. I will check out the material.

Why not continue to try to explain it to the masses? There's nothing wrong with a little debate? Since there's no such thing as eye contact online so I'm giving you permission to engage.... :p

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
