"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm looking for tips from Djs that have pulled this off smoothly.
Approach and number close on the hottie that work at the clothing store you shop at.

About 7 weeks ago, I was shopping at this store and this hottie was helping out. I went in there to get a tie and and pants. She seemed nervous when I look into her eyes and get close to her, just asking stupid questions about clothes. She got all flustered at some point...

Anyway, I was going out with some chick at the time, so me being a AFC (working hard to remove that effing disease)... I didn't even make a move to close... especially after I asked her opinion on a cologne, I she said she was single but If she had a boyfriend she would give him said cologne with a big smile... I am an idiot I need to get the spin plates mentality. I am still trying to figure how I ****ed it up with the last girl about 5 weeks ago.

I need to spin plates and never to concentrate on one girl only, that has always been my demise damn it.

any tips from you fellows that do this all the time?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

You want tips?

Man the f*ck up and ask her out. You answered the question yourself. The answer to any question you don't ask will always be no.
