And exactly how do you tell that someone is or isn't over 18? There are 15 and 16 year olds that look like they are 21 these days.
Where I live. Getting it wrong means you go to jail.
Most people don't have IDs under 18 in the US unless they have a driver's permit or license.
Just basing it on the book. What works in modern society and what works in 3000 BC in Israel are different.
