I think I might be developing ADD (If thats possible). I dont like not being able to fucus on things for more than about 20 min. I get bored and tired of somthing very fast and try to find somthing else to do. I know that there are drugs to help concentrate and focus (Ridalin, Aderol) But I would like to know how to regain my focus without drugs. This has only happened in probably the past 2 months. I dont know why this is hapening but I think It might mave somthing to do with the weather, since it has gone from about 66 outside a month ago to 90 today.

This may just be restlessness so I am going to try meditating in a shaded cool place for a short time each day. I'll try to focus more whenever I try to do soething but it seems my short term memory has gone to crap.

I have ADD. It's a little more complicated than that. You're just simply getting bored. As far as I can tell by your short description, it's nothing more.

You probably listen to music, chat on AIM, go on sosuave, read a book, do HW, and surf other sites all at once. STOP DOING ONE THING PER WEEK. Cut it down until you're down to like 1 or 2 things. Then you will be able to focus better. ALSO, read books and A LOIT OF BOOKS. You will see an improvement.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

That techinically isn't ADD.

ADD as far as I'm aware is not being able to concentrate on anything, even if you wish to. School is a pain because you just can't focus on the teacher. You forget to do your homework because it just slips your mind. People can tell you to do something, and less than 10 seconds later, your attention could be on something and you could have totally forgotten what they asked you to do.

Happens to me all the time. ADD is a b*tch.

Look for fish oil that has been tested by a third-party to be free of mercury and lead, and pcp/dioxin if it is from farmed fish.

Heat make you loose concentration it's normal. ADD is alot more complicated. You do not "develop" ADD, it's when your brain is wired differently. When you are up on hyperactivity you can change subjects when you speak every ten seconds, never sit still (i.e. bounch of chairs when you sit down). Finger on everything, etc...
