Was waiting for the train the other day, when this hot girl starts to talk w/ me cuz the train was late, we had a nice convo and I felt it "click". Unfortunately we got seats in separate traincars but I waved bye to her and she smiled and waved back.

I didnt get her name but I got where she's from and where she lives. (small town) so through facebooks search functionality, I think I found her. Should I msg her?

I suggest running to each other another time and make a little small talk, If possible ask her number this time, so it seems a lot more casual and natural.

If you message her now you run the risk of her answering cold and distant due to you, after all, being an stranger.
