Acne Scars...

I have a very simple question...

How do you get ride of or reduce the appearance of Acne scars?

Whew, we are in the same boat then...So far, using a loofah sponge in the shower before I was has been helping a lot, along with using Sea Breeze. Someone else mentioned using lemon juice on your face once...

Try getting Proactiv solution, and then this stuff called "Mederna" or something similar. They have it at your local drugstore like walgreens.

Very mixed reviews on Proactiv from people and Mederma hasn't worked for anyone I've talked to (whole websites worth.)

The best thing for acne scars is Retin-A

its a perscription facial ointment..Ive seen this turn some scar face people into smooth baby faces over time..but its expensive ..like $125 a tube and its perscription

You might find other things that work for you like the loofah works for crazykid; however, one of the biggest things that creates more acne is irritation.

Since I have made a concsious effort to not touch my face with my hands throughout the day I have noticed a drastic drop in my acne. The second most noticeable thing I did was to stop rubbing my face dry after a shower, now I just pat dry with a clean towel.
