Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

That's all there is to it. And it will take you by surprise how good you feel after it. Learn something new. Been putting off that hobby you want to get started, out of sheer apathy and lack of will? NO! Get started! Listen, and really listen, to a new genre of music. Catch a groove you rarely do. DO IT! Escape the comfort zone, the everyday routine. Too busy? Make time. Too lazy? Tooo bad. Accomplish something and it will really put things in perspective. You might even want to go huntin' ;) .

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

It's true. Accomplishing your goals, no matter how small they are, gives you confidence to take on bigger goals which in turn will give you even more confidence. It's an upward cycle that can only be broken if you set too big of a goal.

This way you can increase your confidence step by step by each day undertaking a slightly bigger goal then you accomplished the day before...
