“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Any and all fast food is acceptable.

You just have to know how much and how often to eat it. Eat too many BigMacs and you're going to start getting a flubbery ass.

Calories count. You get way more than you need and they begin to deposit.

Just make sure you get plenty of protein, nutititous fruits and veggies, complex carbs and you can fill in the rest with fast food. Burger here and there won't kill you as long as you don't go overboard with the junk and it begins to be a staple of your diet. If that's the case, cut it down.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Fast food is better than no food while bulking so....

If you go to Mc Donalds, Burger king, etc go for the salads/burgers with grilled chicken, no mayo or cheese. Remember just ask for the burger, forget about soda and fries.

Here's the list of Mc Donalds

I think Premium Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich is somewhat decent.

their "whole wheat" bread isn't really whole wheat.
At first, I refused to believe this, I loved their sandwhiches and I thought I was truely getting a nutritious snack. I then looked up this website:

http://www.subway.sg/nutrition/info.html

"WHEAT BREAD Enriched flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, high fructose corn syrup, wheat gluten, contains less than 2% of the following: wheat bran, yeast, salt, soybean oil, dough conditioner (acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono-and diglycerides, ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, potassium iodate, amylase (enzymes)], cracked wheat, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, caramel color (contains sulfites), dried honey preparation (honey powder, invert sugar, wheat starch, soy bran flour, silicon dioxide [anti-caking]), mineral oil.

Unless a wheat bread has 100% whole wheat bread as its first ingrediant, its now whole wheat bread. They were using caramel color to make it look brown. Oh god, I sorta feel like those people in that one movie when they found out they've been eating people.

It's the fvcking bread that'll kill ya. I treat myself to the value menu cheesburgers and just take the bread off and toss it. No carbs or preservatives in the meat/cheese.

Remember there are other things to consider than balancing your weight and too much fast food will wreck your health and vitality. McDonalds, Burger King and alike don't just have high fat content, but it's the additives and weird crap they put in there that scares me.

I'd rather go to a bar or resturant if I'm out and about, and I'll even have a burger, curry or pizza once in a while. Or if I'm watching my weight, most places have chicken breasts, steaks or sandwiches (with REAL wholemeal bread). They're usually cheaper than fastfood joints too.
