"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I finally did it. I feel abundance, that was the whole issue. When you finally realize women are little children and you understand the dynamics fully you become detached.

now after so many years training myself I fully feel abundance, its such a free and relaxed feeling. I came back to say that.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

You joined this forum around the time I did and I've followed your saga through the years. I'm happy you finally get it (assuming you actually do), it sucks to do this blind. Many times you have denied experienced members pretty much screaming at how you're making mistakes and you didn't listen/understand. I hope you have finally found your way.

No offense to @OP but consider this:

This idea of "finally figuring it out" is very often a cope.

1) You try to engage successfully with women and keep coming up short.

2) You come to the "conclusion" that you are "above" the game for whatever reason.

3) The "reason" you come up with varies, but it's often a negative label you give to those who won't give you what you want. (e.g. women are children, I finally understand it now, etc.)

4) You now glow in your newfound "awareness' or "realization" or "red pill truth."

So, how do you know whether this is a legit leveling up of your understanding of the world or just a cope?

In this case, if an outside observer would notice you are much, much more successful with women, then it's legit.

But if you need to explain this to people, because it's more of an "attitude" then it's a cope rather than a realization.

This is the basic structure of Aesop's "sour grapes," which is as old as time.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
