“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey i was wondering if you guys could help me out. i've been working out for a few months now and my abs are getting bigger and starting to show up well. the only porblem is is the fact that some muscles are bigger than others and it seems that they are just randomly getting bigger, there really isn't a pattern or anything

Incline situps? Do you mean decline? Maybe its the angle you are doing them. Make sure your doing your reps perfectly and um...why are you doin so many reps and sets everyday. Give yourself sometime to grow dude.

Your totally overtraining the muscles. I don't know your goals but for me i do 2x10 Heavy decline ab work maybe twice a week. Your abs are not any different from any other muscle in your body. So don't treat them different then say your bicepts. You'll slow down your progress tremendously if not make them worse.

If your still worried look at pics of other body builders, to see if its genetic, or go see a doctor if its freaky looking.

You're not a perfectly sculpted mannequin in a window, your abs will not develop perfectly symmetrical. It's perfectly normal and 100% genetic. It's just the way your tendons cut through your abdominals.

Ya non proportional abs look hideous. They are so ugly to look at. I would rather have a no six pack than have one of those. :p

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just have them light man. Or just say fawk you to anyone that gives a shyt.

Personally even though I could care less what women think, I wouldn't want to develop in a sport that some would consider handicapped from the get go. I'm missing half of my pointer finger, and what did I do? Weight lift. Play the guitar. Every extreme sport I could. You don't see me throwing a football or a baseball just because other people do it. I look like a tard trying to throw a spiral. Even though anyone can overcome adversity... Just some food for thought.
