About bodybuilding...

This is probably gonna be a stupid question. I thought bodybuilding, with sets alot of guys at my gym do a 12-10-8 system and add a little more weight for each set.

Now All I do is 3 x 8 system. Which is better, I thought with bodybuilding you increase weights and lower the reps for each set???:confused: I just keep the weight the same throughout all sets?

There are tons of different types of training methods out there so the thing for me was to find the one that made sense to me, and try it. I personally do 3-4 sets at 4-6 reps for an excersise, and I keep the weight the same. I load up as heavy as I can, lift that amount and then up the load when it starts to get easier over time. Most of my ideas come from the Max OT training program. I'll post a link in a bit.
