Obesity places a huge burden on your arteries, because there is a jacket of visceral fat(the hard, organ fat- very bad for you) blanketing your organs, impairing their ability to function, and metabolize food.

I have high blood pressure, as a result of eating too much salt, and years of alcohol and drug abuse. Working-out always raises your BP temporarily. The headaches can be a number of causes- but mainly stress, and lack of oxygen. Include more aerobics in your workout routine, and the headaches will dissapate.

salt is not a problem unless you already have a problem.

First off, regardless of your weight, BP will increase anyway with exercise. Your heart is pumping more blood, there fore BP will have to get higher as a workload gets higher.

As far as headache? Its possible, or it could be many other factors. Having a high BP though while exercising doesn't necessarily mean its the cause of the headache. You could have many other factors that contribute to it as well
